Comparing Offers
Coming Soon
AI-powered offer comparison is under active development. The feature described below is not yet available.
Offer comparison will let you analyze multiple offers side by side. The comparison will use AI to evaluate offers across compensation, benefits, growth potential, and your qualitative notes.
The comparison analysis will adapt based on your employment status:
- Employed -- factors in switching costs, tenure, vesting schedules, and whether the delta justifies the transition risk.
- Unemployed -- focuses on offer-vs-offer analysis without switching costs, emphasizing compensation differences and growth potential.
- Freelance -- highlights the benefits gap (healthcare, retirement, PTO) and the stability-vs-flexibility trade-off of moving to a salaried role.
Linking Offers to Applications
Offers can optionally link to a tracked application. When linked:
- The offer appears in the application's detail view.
- Interview notes and contacts from the application inform the comparison context.
- If the application is deleted, the offer remains in your account (the link is simply removed).
Offers can also exist independently for opportunities that did not go through your tracked pipeline.
